You agreed to accept all terms here by booking a class or service and clicking you agree to terms. Any questions or concerns, please reach out. 

 

If a deposit is requested, please pay to book an appointment. The remaining balance is paid in full, and the booking deposit is non-refundable. If the booking is canceled due to COVID-19 related restrictions, the booking fee can be applied to a future appointment. If you cannot attend a service or class, please cancel as soon as possible. If not related to COVID-19 you will have to rebook with a new deposit. Once you book a session there is a possibility that your appointment may not be approved due to scheduling circumstances. Your deposit will be fully refunded

 

S.A.M. is entitled to cancel a booking, change the venue or make any changes to the class structure at any time. All participants would be notified of any changes. Deposits will be refunded if canceled. Deposits and payments will Please note that all travel and accommodation costs for the service or class will not be refunded. 

 

The missing booking due to lateness or whatsoever is not entitled to any refunds. 

If Unacceptable behavior, including actions, words, or physical gestures that could cause a will not have disrespect or discomfort, will not be allowed, you will be asked to leave. 

 

Image Usage & Privacy

participants cannot use images taken at the class for business or commercial purposes. All images are strictly for portfolio use only (Social Media & Website). Submission to magazines, agencies, and companies or using advertisements without permission are strictly prohibited. Attendees must credit S.A.M. when posting images on social media.

 

Liability

S.A.M. will not be responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damages to your personal property and premises occurring at a place of business or any other location.
